If, while booted to the standard Linux based Acronis Rescue Media, when selecting a destination for the disk/partition backup image, Acronis sees your RAID0 array as two physical disks instead of one logical disk, your restored disk image will not be bootable. The key to successful recovery of a RAID system is to be able to boot to the Acronis True Image Rescue Media, and be able to see the target RAID disk array as one disk.
